Rental Terms for Our Apartments in Helsinki and Vantaa

Rental terms
Apartments can be booked for short periods through Airbnb:
- Keltainen Torni (Yellow Tower)
- Jewelbox
For bookings longer than a month, a separate rental agreement can be made directly. A digital security deposit is acceptable for individual customers. We check credit records. We can also invoice companies. We use standard contracts from the Finnish Landlords Association (Suomen Vuokranantajat ry) in Finnish or English.
The price generally includes furnishings, electricity, water, WiFi, insurance, and linens. Cleaning and linen change services can be arranged separately. The insurance does not cover damages incurred by the tenant, so the tenant is responsible for insuring their own belongings.
