How long can I rent an apartment?

We offer apartments in Helsinki and Vantaa, suitable for both short-term and long-term rentals.

When and how do I check in?

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The apartments are equipped with smart locks, and the door opens with a PIN code you receive. The PIN code is valid for the duration of your stay, starting from the check-in time. To use the smart lock, you’ll need a smartphone and mobile data access.

When do I need to check out?

The apartment is available to you until 11:00 AM on the departure day. If you'd like a later check-out, please ask about this option when making your reservation. Late check-out costs €10 per hour.

Please note that changes to the schedule cannot always be arranged. Same-day requests for schedule changes cannot be accommodated, as cleaning schedules are set in advance.

How can I get around in the area?

The apartments are located near public transportation stops. You can check routes and schedules through the Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) Route Planner. You can also easily explore the local area on foot.

What kind of area is the Helsinki apartment located in?

The Helsinki apartment is located in the so-called Design District, right in the city center. Nearby are design and antique shops, fashion boutiques, art galleries, showrooms, restaurants, and museums.

What is Vantaa’s Myyrmäki area like?

Our apartment in Vantaa is located in Myyrmäki, close to amenities such as the Myyrmanni shopping center, Vantaa Art Museum Artsi, and the train station. The local train offers easy access to Helsinki city center, the airport, and other parts of the metropolitan area.
