JeJewelbox is a 30 m² one-bedroom apartment with a highly efficient layout for a cozy stay. The apartment is located in a new building completed in 2023.
The bedroom is separated from the living area by sliding doors. The apartment is primarily intended for one or two people, but a crib can be added if needed.
Large windows bring in natural light, and the glazed balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee during warm weather. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony.
Residents also have access to a private outdoor parking space.

The apartment is new and equipped with modern appliances. There is a washing machine and a 48" Samsung smart TV available for residents.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with essential cooking tools. Please note, there is no microwave.
The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment includes a separate desk for remote work and a 50 Mbps broadband connection.
Location in Vantaa
The apartment is located near a train station, with a 15-minute train ride to Helsinki's city center and a bit over 15 minutes to the airport. The local train also provides quick access to the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre in Pasila.
Traveling by car is easy with convenient access to major routes like Ring Roads 1 and 3, as well as Vihdintie and Hämeenlinnantie highways.

The rental price includes the apartment, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and a parking space (not including electricity for charging vehicles). VAT is added for stays of less than one month. For longer stays, VAT is only applied to additional services.
