The Yellow Tower apartment is spacious, a 60 m² two-room flat located in the heart of Helsinki. It is situated on a pedestrian street in the Design District Helsinki area.
The apartment is on the top floor of a courtyard building, offering peace and quiet. The view overlooks the courtyard, and the building has an elevator.
The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room features an armchair that converts into a bed. The apartment comfortably accommodates 1−3 adults. It is not suitable for small children.
The building dates back to the Tsarist era and was originally intended for servants. The original wooden courtyard building was later replaced with a stone structure, and the attic apartments were constructed in 2011. The apartment’s unique atmosphere and design are created by its curved tower.
Apartment Amenities
In the summer, an air conditioning unit is placed in the tower of the living room. The unit cannot be moved to another room. A freestanding fan is also available.
The bedroom has a separate desk for remote work and a 50 Mbps broadband connection.
Prime Location in the Heart of Helsinki
There are grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes to suit all tastes nearby. Many of Helsinki’s attractions are within walking distance.
The building is located on a pedestrian street. The nearest tram stop is 150 meters away on Fredrikinkatu. During summer, city bikes are available.
Helsinki Central Railway Station is a 1.5 km walk away (four tram stops). The nearest metro station is in Kamppi, about one kilometer away.

Entry to the apartment is via a smart lock. You will need a smartphone and mobile data connection. Additionally, there is at least one physical key available.
The Yellow Tower is also available for longer stays. Ask for a quote! The rental periods do not have to align with calendar months. Cleaning and linen services are available.
The price includes electricity, water, wifi, and linens. VAT is added to stays shorter than one month. For longer rentals, VAT is only applied to additional services.
